Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 1+ year of recent experience and OASIS/HCHB EMR proficiency.

Details

Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
Territory covers Rhinelander, between Rhinelander and Arbor View
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day, to be confirmed during interview
On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
Territory spans up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
iPad provided for documentation, cell phone not provided

Requirements

Current OT license required if applicable, must be in hand prior to start
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health OT experience required
OASIS experience required
HCHB EMR experience required
BLS certification required

Additional Information

First-time travelers will be considered for this role
Must be flexible with territory assignments as needed
Timely documentation and communication with the care team required
Scrubs required in any color, jeans not permitted
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Local candidates accepted and eligible for travel rate
