Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring a CO or compact RN license and at least 1 year of specialty experience.
Details
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
- Uses Epic for clinical documentation
- Schedule of 3x12hr Night shifts, 1900-0730
- Weekend requirement of 7 shifts within an 8 week period
- May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
- May be required to be on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
Requirements
- Active RN license, Colorado or Compact
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA), must not expire prior to start
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
- ASN required, BSN preferred
- DOB and last 4 of SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties per state Board of Nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ICU patients
- Provide health teaching, counseling, and therapy supportive to patient recovery
- Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Former Intermountain permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible for this assignment
