Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift ED RN requiring a CO or compact RN license and multiple emergency and pediatric certifications.

Requirements

• Active CO Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP certifications required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Two years of hospital nursing experience preferred
• One year of ED or critical care nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans using the nursing process
• Perform triage, treatment, evaluation, and documentation in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support
• Provide patient and family education tailored to age, culture, and condition
• Delegate care to ancillary personnel and may precept student nurses or new hires
• Follow facility attire and dress code policies
• Complete required annual education, training, and licensure updates
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and risk management procedures
