Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring Cerner experience and prior travel assignment history.

Details

Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
Every other weekend required, including at least 2 Sundays and 2 Mondays
No block scheduling available

Requirements

Active MO RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS through American Heart Association
TNCC certification required, with CPI required starting January 2026
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
1 year of recent Cerner EMR experience required, no exceptions
Prior travel nursing experience required
Must pass an EKG exam on orientation day with 80% or higher, including lethal rhythm recognition
CEU requirements must be met

Additional Information

Provide emergency department nursing care across a variety of patient acuities
Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
