Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring an active IL RN license and 2+ years of L&D experience.

Details

Work in a busy Labor and Delivery unit with OB ED and Antepartum services
Level III NICU on-site
13-week assignment on night shift (19:00-07:30)
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
May float to like units

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Current ACLS certification (AHA)
Current NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care within a high-acuity Labor and Delivery setting alongside OB ED and Antepartum teams
Coordinate with Level III NICU staff for high-risk deliveries
Accepts local candidates within facility radius rules, though rate may be adjusted
First-time travelers may apply
