Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehab setting requiring 2+ years of specialty experience and pelvic health or orthopedic certification.
Details
- Outpatient rehabilitation services setting
- 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week
- Schedule runs 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday
- Pelvic health caseload coverage required, or strong orthopedic caseload including post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports rehab
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty required
- GA PT license required if applicable
- AHA BLS certification required
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification or APTA Pelvic Health certification required for pelvic PT caseload
- Alternatively, strong orthopedic PT experience with post-op, spine, LE, and sports rehab required
- New graduates will not be considered
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
