Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Home Health position requiring 2+ years of CMS/OASIS Home Health experience and an active AK RN license.
Details
- Home Health setting providing patient care in the community
- Standard schedule of 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8a-4:30p
- On-call coverage required, averaging one weekend per month plus 1-2 overnight shifts (4:30p-8a) per week
- Rotating holiday coverage required
- No floating required
Requirements
- Active AK RN license
- 2+ years of experience in CMS/OASIS Home Health programs
- 5+ years of Home Health experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
Additional Information
- Mileage reimbursement provided for use of personal vehicle
- New graduates will not be considered for this position
