Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of clinical CT imaging experience for a role at a Magnet-designated academic teaching hospital.
Details
- Day shift, 4x10 hour schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- No on-call requirements, though weekend shifts may be needed based on operational demand
- Floating required as needed
- Uses GE CT equipment and PACS system
- Epic charting system experience required
- Performs abdomen and pelvis, chest, head and neck, and spine/musculoskeletal CT studies
- Special procedures may include brain perfusion, coronary CTA, transplant studies, and vascular CTA
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of clinical CT imaging experience required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology required
- Wisconsin State License - Radiographer required, if applicable
- ARRT registries in Radiography (R) and CT required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- Teaching hospital and Level I/II Trauma experience preferred
- Skills in contrast media preparation/administration, radiation safety, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture preferred
- Experience with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and region of interest (ROI) measurement preferred

- Must live 50+ miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Facility is a Magnet-designated academic teaching hospital ranked as Wisconsin's #1 hospital
- Located in an adult and pediatric acute care setting with Level I and II Trauma capabilities
- Candidates should be prepared to work in Emergency Department, ICU, and outpatient settings as needed
