Description

American Traveler is hiring a remote RN for Utilization Management requiring an active MA RN license and 2-4 years of utilization management and managed care experience.

Details

Fully remote Utilization Management position
Three positions work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with no weekends or holidays
One position works a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday schedule with 10-hour shifts (6a-6p, 7a-7p, or 8a-8p)
Utilizes InterQual for utilization review
EPIC charting experience preferred

Requirements

Active MA RN license required with no pending licenses accepted
AHA-issued certifications only
2-4 years of Utilization Management experience required
2-4 years of Managed Care experience required
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business required

Additional Information

Conduct utilization review and management activities across Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business
Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Local candidates accepted; those residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local
