Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a night shift float pool position requiring AZ or compact license and float flexibility across four facilities.

Details

• Med/Surg and Med/Surg/Telemetry units within a hospital setting
• Float pool position requiring flexibility to work across multiple departments and four facilities
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7:30a, 3x12 hour shifts
• Required to work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license and US Social Security Number required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Transitional Care units as needed
• Any scrub color accepted
• Must be willing to float between departments and the following facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local travelers will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
