Description
American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for outpatient cardiology, requiring BLS and CCI or ARDMS certification with 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Outpatient cardiology and echo/MCVD department setting
- Adult patient population
- Day shift only, 8-10 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Uses Philips Epiq and IE33 ultrasound equipment
- EMR: Cerner PowerChart, with echo reporting via Intellispace Cardiovascular (ISCV)
- May be scheduled at hospital, office, or both locations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech/Sonographer
- Current BLS certification required
- CCI or ARDMS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Experience performing adult 2D/3D and strain echos
- Experience performing treadmill stress echos
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
