Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Dept RN for a Critical Access Hospital night shift position requiring CAH experience and CO or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Critical Access Hospital, Trauma Level IV Emergency Department
• Works night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week plus 2 call shifts
• On-call responsibilities required
• EMR system used is Epic
• Holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active RN license (CO or Compact) required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or equivalent), and TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience preferred

Additional Information

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the ED
• Utilizes clinical pathways to achieve patient outcomes
• All time off requests must be disclosed during the interview process
• Shared housing may be available within 30 miles based on capacity, with no smoking, pets, or families/partners allowed
