Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a busy CT Imaging department, requiring 2+ years of recent experience and ARRT-CT certification.
Details
- CT Imaging department supporting a busy ED and inpatient population
- 12-hour evening shifts, 3 shifts per week, scheduled Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
- Uses Cerner EMR
- Performs all CT procedures independently
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in CT specialty
- Current AHA BLS certification
- ARRT-CT certification required
- License required if applicable
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
- Provides CT imaging support for both ED and inpatient units
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
- RTO must be requested at the time of submission and cannot be requested after an offer is made
