Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring 18 months of experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Med/Surg Oncology unit setting
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- 30-minute meal break included in shift
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license in hand
- AHA BLS certification required
- 18 months of Med/Surg, telemetry, or oncology experience required
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not permitted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request is allowed per assignment
