Description
American Traveler is hiring a GI Lab RN for an outpatient day-shift assignment requiring pre-op and PACU procedure experience.
Details
- Outpatient GI Lab setting
- Monday through Friday day shift, 7:30am to 4:00pm
- No weekends and no call requirements
- Floating to other units or campuses may be required based on census needs, limited to qualified competencies
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license (SC or Compact)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of procedure, pre-op, and PACU experience preferred
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar unit
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Epic EMR required
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
Additional Information
- Provides pre and post-procedure care for GI Lab patients
- Orientation held every Monday with annual compliance training required
- Pre-assignment testing and required modules must be completed within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
- Reimbursement available for up to 16 hours of completed training modules
- Candidates must live more than 100 miles from any Prisma Health facility to be eligible, with reduced eligibility considered between 90-99.9 miles
