Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an inpatient case management role requiring CA RN licensure and Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Inpatient Case Management position at a hospital in Corona, CA
• Orientation begins at the Wildomar, CA location, with initial remote patient care before transitioning to onsite work at the Corona facility
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
• Active certifications required; pending licenses or certifications not accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
