Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Coronary Care Unit (CICU) position requiring 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience in a Level II trauma center.
Details
- Work in a 12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
- Provide care to overflow patients from the Medical ICU, RRT distress patients, and other CC diagnoses
- Shift schedule includes day/night rotation or dedicated 7P shift, 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Required to work every other weekend
- Holiday coverage per unit need
Requirements
- Active RN license (MD state or Compact)
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience required
- Level II trauma center experience required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Comparable facility size experience required to match the hiring facility's bed count
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing to cardiac and overflow ICU patients
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate unless otherwise restricted by facility-specific radius rules
