Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 1+ year of experience in nuclear cardiology to join a cardiology associates practice.

Details

• Nuclear Medicine Tech unit within a cardiology associates practice
• Work setting focused on nuclear cardiology
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• May be required to float between Paterson (University) and Wayne campuses
• Cerner charting required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist required
• Current BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Cerner charting experience required
• Knowledge of proper storing, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials
• 2 professional references or evaluations required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform nuclear cardiology procedures including proper handling and disposal of radioactive materials
• Flu vaccine required
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate differential
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the primary facility are subject to the local rate
• RTO must be submitted with the profile prior to consideration; requests after submission will not be accepted
