Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with PET/CT experience and current CNMT or ARRT(N) certification.
Details
- Nuclear Medicine department performing in vivo nuclear medicine procedures using tagged radionuclides
- Doses patients with radiopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals per physician orders under Radiologist supervision
- Experience performing PET/CT scans required
- Day shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Board Certified CNMT or ARRT(N)
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist with ARRT or CNMT certified through NMTCB
- AA or BS degree in nuclear medicine from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Experience at a comparable facility size is required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Completes quality control and quality assurance procedures as required by the hospital and Nuclear Regulatory Commission license
- Ensures complete and accurate data entry in the Hospital Information System and Picture Archival and Communication System
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate
