Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ years experience for an acute care CAH setting supporting outpatient, inpatient, and home care services.
Details
- Acute care critical access hospital (CAH) setting with a 15-bed hospital and outpatient wellness center
- Provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment across outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings (no LTC)
- Includes PTA supervision
- Utilizes ultrasound, e-stim, and Tractium Ionto equipment
- Uses EPIC for charting
- 8-hour day shifts, generally 8:00-4:30, Monday-Friday with minimal weekend and holiday rotation required
- May float to other locations within therapy department only
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- MN PT license required if applicable
- MN background study required
- Ortho and rehab skills required
- EPIC charting experience helpful
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include physical therapy evaluation and treatment, along with PTA supervision
- Manager available at all times for support
- EPIC training provided as needed during orientation
- Scrub colors accepted include Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, and Chocolate Brown, or business casual attire
- All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
- Accepts local candidates within 80 miles of the facility
- Candidates with prior employment at any Sanford Health location must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission
