Description
American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring 3+ years of high-risk L&D and couplet care experience.
Details
- Labor and Delivery unit providing antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum/couplet care
- Responsibilities include circulating NSVDs and C-Sections
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30
- Four weekend shifts (Friday and/or Saturday nights) required every 4-week schedule
- Floating to the Santa Monica Hospital Perinatal unit required as needed
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required (pending licenses not accepted)
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required
- 3+ years of Labor and Delivery experience in a high-risk facility required
- Couplet care experience required
- Academic setting experience preferred
Additional Information
- Care spans the full childbirth experience from antepartum through postpartum
- Navy scrubs required
- At least one previous travel assignment required for consideration
