Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring PALS certification and vasoactive medication titration experience.

Details

  • Work in the Pediatric ICU (PICU) of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week (19:00-07:30)
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active RN license (PA or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with 3 years in a Level 1 Trauma center preferred
  • Experience titrating vasoactive medications required
  • RN Level 4 classification

Additional Information

  • Provide critical care nursing to pediatric patients in the PICU
  • Facility maintains a Tobacco Free Campus Policy and a Substance Abuse/Drug-Free Workplace
