Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for night shift acute care with required EPIC experience and active RN licensure.
Details
- Acute Med/Surg unit setting
- Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
- EPIC EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active RN license (OR RN license required)
- BLS certification (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS) required
- BSN preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
Additional Information
- Delivers coordinated nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients
- Supervises and directs various levels of nursing staff and coordinates care across disciplines
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team to ensure safe, healing care
- Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning
- Delegates tasks appropriately among healthcare team members
- Holiday RTO will not be approved
- Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
