Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Work in a 495-bed hospital Emergency Room unit
- Night shift schedule of 7p-7a (3x12's)
- Required to work every other weekend and holiday
- On-call requirement of 1 eight-hour call shift per 4-week schedule
- No floating required
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active RN license (VA State or Compact)
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only), and NIHSS
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- 2+ years of recent ER experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Scrub color requirement: Navy Blue
- Must adhere to facility dress code policy
- Must reside outside a 65-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the travel position
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
