Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2-3 years of experience and ARRT (CT) certification.
Details
- Imaging Services department with 4 CT rooms
- 7 days on/7 days off rotation, 10-hour night shifts (1700-0330), 35 hours per week
- Patient population includes trauma, stroke, ER, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- Level II trauma center for both adult and pediatric patients
- Average of 130 patients seen per 24-hour period across all shifts
- Uses EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS system
- Siemens CT equipment
- No floating required
- Possible weekend rotation
- On-call not typically required unless volunteering for emergent needs
- Possible holiday coverage on normally scheduled days
Requirements
- 2-3 years of CT Technologist experience required
- ARRT (CT) certification and BLS required
- WA State Tech license required (license required if applicable)
- Experience with trauma and IV insertion required
Additional Information
- Lead Tech on site from 0700-1700, with 2-5 CT Techs present depending on shift
- Radiologist available off-site at night
- Patient transport provided by dedicated staff during day/evening; ER/inpatient staff transport patients during nights
- 1-2 weeks of day shift orientation provided for department onboarding
- Scrubs must be any solid, professional color
- Free parking available in garage
- First-time travelers will be considered
- RTO requests must be approved through the manager
