Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift contract requiring at least one year of Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements

Active Ohio or compact RN license required, must be in hand at time of consideration
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required, NIHSS preferred
Minimum of 1 year combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry required
One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty, from an assignment within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Will complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with up to two attempts allowed to pass
Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free policy
COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
Expected to work every other holiday
Locals accepted at the same bill rate
Candidates who previously worked as permanent staff at this health system must wait 1 year from their end date before returning
