Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with at least 6 months of current sonography experience for a 13-week assignment.
Details
- Ultrasound department within a 150-bed hospital
- Unit staffed with 3 day shift and 1 night shift sonographers
- Uses GE LOGIC E10 ultrasound equipment
- Meditech EMR used for documentation
- Typical procedures include abdominal/pelvic ultrasounds and DVT studies
- Schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months current Sonographer experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (S) or ARDMS certification required
- Active CO license required if applicable
- Prior Meditech experience preferred
- Rad Tech experience preferred
Additional Information
- Ideal candidates are flexible and kind team players
- First-time travelers may be considered
- Local candidates will not be considered due to a 50-mile radius rule
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
