Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with combined Nuclear Medicine and PET experience for a 13-week contract requiring ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification.
Details
- Diagnostic imaging department performing Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures
- Uses Meditech EMR system
- Schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 4x10-hour shifts, with occasional 5x8-hour shifts as needed
- Rotating call coverage including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Holiday coverage required
Requirements
- ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification with multi-modality training in NM and PET
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET
- Current flu vaccine required for the 2025/2026 season with no exemptions
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Must maintain flexibility to adjust shift length as needed
- Candidate's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- Local candidates are not eligible for this position
- Facility-sponsored housing options may be available during the assignment
