Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an inpatient and ER hospital setting, requiring ARRT(CT) certification and cardiac/stroke CT experience.
Details
- Inpatient and ER CT department, no outpatient cases
- Patient population is primarily adults 40 and older
- Equipment includes Siemens 64-slice and new state-of-the-art Siemens 256 Definition Flash scanners
- Uses EPIC EMR
- 3x12 hour AM shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- ARRT(CT) certification required
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- BLS certification from AHA required
- Experience with cardiac and stroke CT imaging required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must be nicotine free
- Experienced travelers preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- Strict RTO policy: maximum 5 days off if not near a holiday, maximum 3 days if near a holiday, and only one holiday request allowed
