Description

American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN with utilization review and discharge planning experience for an acute care hospital setting, requiring EPIC EMR proficiency.

Details

Acute care setting serving Med/Surg and ICU units
Uses TruBridge - Evident EMR system
Day shift schedule of four 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with flexibility for the right candidate
Every other weekend preferred, every 4th weekend required

Requirements

Active OH or compact RN license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
2+ years of utilization review and discharge planning experience required
EPIC EMR experience required
Previous experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH) or Community Hospital settings required
