Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Pediatric Med/Surg float position requiring GA or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience.
Details
- Pediatric Medical/Surgical float role across multiple specialty units including CACU, TSU, AFLAC, and CIRU
- Floats between two main hospital campuses
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- RN to patient ratio of 4-5:1
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or compact) required
- Current BLS and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Required to work one holiday rotation based on facility need
- Flu vaccination required with no exceptions or declinations
- Facility is nicotine-free and requires drug screening
