Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position on the Med Surg Unit, requiring a true rotating shift schedule and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Details

Work in the Med Surg Unit of a hospital environment
May be asked to care for pediatric patients if traveler has relevant experience
Shift includes rotating days, evenings, and nights (true rotating schedule)
3x12-hour shifts per week totaling 36 hours
No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

Active RN license (SD or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Flu vaccination documentation required with no personal or medical declinations accepted (religious declinations reviewed by facility)

Additional Information

Provide telemetry nursing care within a Med Surg unit setting
No prior permanent employees of Avera or Sanford Health systems may apply
Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted
