Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience in trauma and stroke imaging for a 13-week assignment.

Details

12-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
36 hours per week
Operate CT and radiographic equipment and processors
Review physician orders and obtain clinical data to produce high-quality radiographs while minimizing radiation exposure
Assist physicians during procedures including room preparation, supplies, contrast reactions, and codes
Schedule and complete exams and enter correct charge codes

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience with trauma and stroke imaging required
Associate's Degree or equivalent required
Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program required
BLS and ARRT certification required
Current State/District license required (if applicable)
Cerner experience required
Ability to analyze body habitus and adjust technical factors and positioning accordingly

Additional Information

Must live within 50 miles of the facility
Does not accept local candidates
