Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager requiring 2+ years of case management experience and a FL or compact RN license.
Details
- 12-hour evening shifts, 3 shifts per week, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- Floating to sister campuses required, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active FL or compact RN license with Nursys verification required
- BLS certification required
- Care Management certification (ACM or CCM) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
- Proof of accredited nursing degree required
- Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification including property records
- Candidates must not own or cosign property within the 50-mile radius
- Travelers are expected to secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the region
- No block scheduling requests accepted
- All requested time off must be submitted upfront, as RTO will not be approved after submission
- Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge and ID
- Candidates must be flexible, team-oriented, and willing to float to sister campuses located 15-20 minutes away
- Document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documents
- Travelers are integrated into units and expected to function as core staff
