Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery and mechanical circulatory support device experience for a 13-week night shift assignment.
Details
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation (days/nights)
- Required to float between ICU and IMCU
- EPIC EMR experience required
- 2 holidays required if assignment spans winter holidays
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required (in hand)
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU setting required
- CT surgery experience required
- Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
- Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months to be considered
Additional Information
- Weekly orientation schedule
- Any color scrubs permitted
- Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
- Required vaccinations: COVID vaccine plus booster and Flu shot (medical exemptions allowed)
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
