Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of outpatient experience for a day shift assignment.

Details

Outpatient clinic setting
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Treats patients across orthopedic, neurologic, and work injury populations including post-op, spinal, and cognitive conditions

Requirements

AZ license required before start date (license required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
Current BLS certification required
Charting system experience required

Additional Information

Evaluates and treats patients per physician referral or direct access
Supervises physical therapy assistants and PT technicians
Performs work-related evaluations including Work Hardening, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and post-offer testing
Conducts ergonomic evaluations and job analyses
Maintains communication with referring physicians and rehab nurses regarding patient progress
Open to first-time travelers
