Description
American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of ED experience and ME or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Emergency Department setting offering full-spectrum emergency care and a separate Chest Pain Center
- Night shift schedule, 7p-7a
- 13-week assignment
- May be required to serve in charge nurse or preceptor roles as needed
Requirements
- Active ME or compact RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
- At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience required
- Candidates with hits or actions on license/background will not be accepted
Additional Information
- Responsible for direct and indirect patient care across all areas of the unit, including assessment, IV medication/blood administration, patient education, and documentation
- Must not be a previous employee of this facility
- Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
