Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Tele unit requiring an active OH or compact RN license and at least 1 year of specialty experience.
Details
- Med/Surg Tele unit in a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active OH RN license (permanent or compact) in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty required
- One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required (co-worker references not accepted)
- No open background check cases accepted
- No hits on professional license accepted
Additional Information
- Expected to work every other holiday
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- Nurses are temporarily exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
- Previous permanent or per diem employees must wait 1 year from their last end date before returning
- Assignments may be extended up to 18 consecutive months, after which a 6-month break is required before returning to this health system
