Description
American Traveler is hiring a Dialysis RN with current WA or compact RN license and prior dialysis experience to float across multiple chronic in-center clinic locations.
Details
- Chronic, in-center dialysis care across multiple clinic locations
- Float assignment covering Everett, Smokey Point, Mountlake Terrace, and Monroe clinics
- Shifts are 10-13 hours, scheduled AM or PM depending on staffing needs
- Work days range Monday through Saturday
Requirements
- Active WA State RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Previous dialysis experience required
- Prior acute or ambulatory nursing experience preferred
Additional Information
- Oversee delivery of dialysis treatments and patient care
- Provide patient education and adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans
- Supervise Dialysis Technicians and monitor patient outcomes
- Administer medications and participate in quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists as part of the care team
- Must be able to work at any of the four clinic locations as needed
