Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with Epic experience for a Physical Therapy department assignment requiring weekend availability.

Details

Physical Therapy unit setting
Day shift schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month required
Additional coverage likely needed for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required for all direct patient care personnel
License required if applicable
License or certificate verification dated within 30 days of start required

Additional Information

Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most Trinity Health locations, with exceptions ranging from 50 to 90 miles depending on location
Local candidates may be accepted in select states depending on location
COVID vaccination documentation required
