Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA certifications.
Details
- Work in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit of a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment
- Schedule includes 2x12 and 2x8 shifts with varied start times on a rotating basis
- Up to 3 call shifts per 6-week schedule may be required
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required (Nursys and BON verification required); conditional/pending licenses not accepted
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required, AHA only
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Additional Information
- Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients recovering from surgical procedures
- Local candidates accepted with a reduced rate for those residing within 60 miles of Boston
- Parking is not validated at Boston locations; public transportation or paid public parking must be used
- Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
