Description

American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a Level 3 Trauma Center with TNCC certification and trauma/pediatric experience required.

Details

Level 3 Trauma Center, STEMI and Stroke receiving facility
31-bed Emergency Department with 5 resuscitation bays
Average daily volume of 100+ patients, with 15% being pediatric cases
Evening/Night shift with start times varying between 1100, 1300, and 1500
All shifts are 12 hours in length

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC
ENPC certification preferred
Trauma experience required
Strong knowledge of pediatric population required
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide emergency nursing care across trauma, stroke, and STEMI cases
Up to 36 hours of call-off may be utilized by the facility at no cost during the assignment
Orientation week is not subject to the 36-hour guarantee
