Pros
Staff is overall welcoming and helpful. Safe ratios.
Cons
NO block scheduling. As an ICU travel RN you will ALWAYS be the first to float to PCU/ED/ including Psych units. Some shifts you will float every 4 hours. ICU has very helpful CNAs. Another important point you should consider is the high cost of living in Coeur D’Alene.
