Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring an active Oregon RN license and ACLS/NIHSS certifications for night shifts.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting providing care for acutely ill, moderately stable patients at elevated risk for instability
- Advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions for patients requiring step-down level care
- Night shift schedule (1900-0730) every other weekend
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required
- Current BLS certification (Healthcare Provider level)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA)
- Current NIHSS certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- PCU and basic EKG experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent verification required
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care through advanced clinical knowledge in a step-down monitoring environment
- Candidates must meet all listed certification and experience requirements precisely, as exceptions are not made
