Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 1-2 years of experience and significant hands-on experience with Hitachi open magnet MRI equipment.

Details

295-bed acute care hospital serving an 11-county region
MRI and Diagnostic Radiology departments
Interventional MRI specialty
Works with older Hitachi open magnet MRI equipment
Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Every other weekend required
May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in an acute care facility
Significant experience operating Hitachi MRI equipment
AHA certifications required
Active license required if applicable
Social security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

Weekly orientation held on Mondays
Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment pay
Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
