Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week hospital assignment requiring 1-2 years of experience and active RRT certification.
Details
- Hospital-based Respiratory Therapy unit
- Adult patient population including respiratory/cardiac and orthopedic cases
- Floating required to ICU, ED, and medical/surgical floors as well as telemetry, psych, and NICU if applicable
- 12-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Call and holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Active RRT certification through NBRC or equivalent certifying body required
- BLS certification required
- 1-2 years of experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Prior travel assignment experience required
- NRP certification highly desired
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- No holiday RTO; all time off must be requested at time of submission
- Local candidates accepted within 75 miles at a lower bill rate
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
