Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Inpatient Oncology Med/Surg position requiring recent specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Inpatient Oncology Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, schedule varies between 7a-7p
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in oncology/med-surg specialty required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
