Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position requiring current critical care experience and WI licensure.
Details
- Respiratory Care unit setting
- 13 to 26 week contract options available
- Night shift hours from 18:00-06:30
- Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
- May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- WI license required in hand prior to start date (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Current critical care experience required, or critical care experience within the last 12 months
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA)
- NRP certification optional (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
- Ability to manage a heavy workload
- Prior travel assignment experience required
- Current license with primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required

- Work as part of a respiratory care team managing critical care patients
- Accepts local candidates at a reduced rate per facility radius rule
- Radius requirements vary by location
