Description
American Traveler is hiring a Multi-Modality CT Scan Technologist with 2+ years of experience in CT and diagnostic radiology to join a radiology department on a 13-week travel assignment.
Details
- Work in the Diagnostic Radiology department of a hospital setting
- Weekend day shifts Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with an optional Monday night shift from 11:00 PM to 11:00 PM if needed
- Call requirement of one night every second week
- No floating required
- Uses Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Current ARRT (R)(CT) certification and Diagnostic Radiology certification, license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT and diagnostic radiology
- Must be able to perform contrasted and non-contrasted CT studies
- Experience with Cardiac CT required
- Must be able to perform general diagnostic radiology procedures
Additional Information
- Perform CT scans including contrasted and non-contrasted studies as well as cardiac CT imaging
- Perform general diagnostic radiology procedures as needed
- One day orientation provided at next available date
- Scrub colors must be black or gray
- Holiday coverage during the contract is mandatory unless otherwise agreed upon
- Minimal RTO preferred during the assignment
- Local candidates not accepted
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
