Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with prior IR special procedures and neuro experience for a hospital-based Special Procedures unit.

Details

Works in the Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology department
1:1 patient ratio
Uses IR equipment and supplies
Documentation via Meditech
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
On-call required after regular shift hours from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with 24-hour weekend call coverage
Minimum of 10 call shifts per month required depending on staffing needs

Requirements

Certified Radiologic Technologist required
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Prior experience in Interventional Radiology Specials required
Neuro experience required
License required if applicable
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Performs interventional radiology procedures
Surgical scrubs provided
50-mile radius rule applies; no local candidates accepted
